Who We Are:
The Catholic Household of Chi Rho was founded in 2002 by a group of young men at Kansas State University looking for a place to help themselves and others through the difficulties of college life. Chi Rho has grown since and and now owns a property just a few blocks East of the K-State campus. While it is constructed somewhat like a fraternity, Chi Rho is not actually associated with any part of the Greek system.
The purpose of Chi Rho is to help form young men through an accountable living environment that promotes spirituality, fellowship, outreach, and academic growth. This is done by living in close community with other solid Catholic men, having easy access to the St. Isidore's Catholic Student Center, having an in-house spiritual retreat, usually including Holy Mass every week, and serving each other through daily tasks and responsibilities.
